The Eliminator 400 is Kawasaki's 2023 return to the cruiser-styled 400 class, reintroduced for Japan with a 399 cc liquid-cooled parallel twin taken from the Ninja line. It is sold in Standard and SE versions, and the SE adds a headlight fairing, fork gaiters, a GPS screen, USB-C charging and a two-tone seat. The chassis uses a trellis frame, 41 mm forks and twin rear shocks, with single discs and two-piston calipers at both ends.
